Thank you for shopping at Heartbeats Brand. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
The Heartbeats Brand includes a 2-year limited warranty (from the date of purchase), applicable to the original owner.
Proof of purchase must be included with returned product.
Customer is responsible for mandatory prepaid freight and insurance.
Warranty is not applicable for products misused, not provided with regular maintenance, inadequate care or neglect, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water, disassembled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Heartbeats Brand authorized personnel.
